The situation
Operational teams depended on enterprise applications and reporting across country-specific processes. Changes had to preserve day-to-day continuity while improving clarity and adapting output to evolving business needs.
The work
My role combined requirements engineering, application management and the adaptation and creation of Crystal Reports and SSRS reports for Austria and Switzerland. That required close alignment between users, process owners, data and technical delivery.
The outcome
Business requirements were translated into actionable application and reporting changes, with direct operational support bridging the gap between process and implementation.
