The situation
An energy community needs more than a public website. Customer and contract data, consumption records, tariffs, calculations, invoices, payments and documents have to form one reliable operational chain. Manual handovers quickly become difficult to reconcile and audit.
The work
I designed and developed the complete system used behind Kraftwerk Österreich. It covers customer and contract management, energy and consumption data, calculation and billing logic, automated invoice and PDF generation, a document management system, operational back-office workflows, roles and permissions, status tracking, reporting and the integrations required to keep the process connected.
The outcome
The team operates the energy community through one structured platform. Billing remains reproducible, invoices and documents are generated consistently, cases stay traceable and new operational requirements can be added without returning to disconnected tools.
