The situation
The product combined a physical medical device with the software required to connect it to users and service operations. Device behaviour, generated protocols, interfaces and the service workflow had to be designed as one dependable system.
The work
I co-developed the device itself and contributed requirements engineering, software architecture and end-to-end development across backend, frontend, infrastructure and interfaces. The platform connects the device, its operating data and generated protocols with users and service teams.
The outcome
Device and platform work as one connected product. Protocols and device-related workflows become digitally available, service teams gain one operational surface and future capabilities can evolve across both hardware and software.
